About the Job:

We are looking for an accounting professional with experience in payroll management, preferably with knowledge of one of the European languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate payroll data and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Set up new hires or employee transfers and compile payroll information
  • Provide statistical payroll data for decision-making and expense control
  • Verify the accuracy of employee time reporting and resolve any issues
  • Improve current policies and processes to enhance efficiency
  • Address employee payroll-related queries and provide support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of one of the European languages, such as Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
  • Previous experience with different payroll packages and managing outsourced payroll providers
  • Pro-active and detail-oriented individual
