Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our AI-focused investment product team. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the user experience and driving innovation across our platforms.

  • You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives and leaders, to understand business needs and strategic priorities.
  • You will analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and conduct research to inform design decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • UI/UX Design: Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma.
  • Visual Design: Develop a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders.
  • Presentation and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in UX/UI design, with extensive experience working with product teams on B2C products.
  • The ability to use both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • A high level of proficiency in Figma and Trello, as well as expertise in conducting user research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, and A/B tests.
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive results with minimal oversight.
  • B2+ or higher English language proficiency, and C1+ level of Russian proficiency.
