About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Analyst to join our team in EMEA and APAC regions. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for analyzing compensation trends, submitting benefits surveys, and safeguarding HR data across these regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in knowledge management, including SharePoint administration, and collating data and references for job evaluation and compensation proposals.
  • Support the team's administration with regard to benefits, especially concerning invoicing.
  • Assist in the development of communications and updating applicable tools/platforms to facilitate understanding of Total Rewards policies and processes from HRBP/business lines.
  • Perform data analysis for Total Rewards operations, e.g., merit review exercises, compensation analysis across the regions.
  • Act as the HR data custodian for the region, working with country HR to ensure data is clean and appropriately stored, and providing feedback to the wider project team when necessary.
  • Assist other team members in performing total rewards analysis across the regions.
  • Lead the compensation and benefits survey submissions for the regions, working with local HR managers to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
  • University degree preferably in Human Resources or Analytics discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources function with hands on experience in compensation and benefits operations/data processing.
  • Advanced English (written & spoken) plus other language commonly used in EMEA or APAC, e.g. French, German or Mandarin.
  • Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
