As a Leasing Manager, you would be part of a team that strives to provide best in class service to customers in our 2 million square meters of industrial buildings in the Polish Market. Our customer base is diverse and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations. With an emphasis on customer service and quality buildings, we have the best of both worlds – a local office, with the support and sophistication of a large international company.
The Leasing Manager is responsible for implementing various leasing plans, policies and strategies. This position which reports to and takes direction from the Head of Leasing Poland is responsible for interacting directly with client representatives in all lease negotiations. This position is also responsible for understanding the dynamics of the overall market/sub-market in which the portfolio’s properties reside.
What’s needed in order to do that:
New and renewal lease negotiation and analysis. Preparing and executing marketing plans for the existing projects Preparation of all leasing documentation, including but not limited to leases, amendments, final lease submission packages. Professional interaction with tenants and clients. Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building. Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. Cooperating closely with project management, property management and finance at above mentioned projects locally, as well as internationally whilst working with international customers. Preparing and assisting on monthly reporting, Representing company at various social events, professional fairs and conferences, pro bono events while cooperating with local governments to bring larger awareness of Prologis and its aspects to the Polish market Providing education to customers, business partners as well as public on sustainable development and its aspects on environment, social life etc. Keeping a team spirit. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers and vendors. Responsive to customer’s needs and requests in a timely manner. Must be able to perform basic maintenance functions for customers and building. Attend and complete all required training.Tell us if you’re ready.
At least BA degree. Fluent Polish and English. 3+ years overall experience with customers; experience in commercial real estate industry preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks on a daily basis. Ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions. Ability to work independently. Very strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, management, contractors and vendors. . Requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record and the ability to travel to multiple properties. Real Estate knowledge This role is to cover parental leave until Dec 2025 #LI-SP1People First
