Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at STX Next, a software development company renowned for delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential in this role, as you will be working closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and internal teams to deliver exceptional services to our key clients.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with KAMs to support the operational delivery of services to our key clients;
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams;
  • Monitoring and managing project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction;
  • Generating and analyzing project reports to provide insights and recommendations;
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives;
  • Collaborating and coordinating with project teams to ensure they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals;
  • Facilitating effective team meetings, providing clear direction and support to promote a cohesive and productive working environment;
  • Acting as a bridge between clients and project teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and delivered upon.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management;
  • A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations;
  • A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients;
  • A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives;
  • A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach;
  • Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level).
