Project Manager - New Product Introduction


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Zwinna praca projektowa
  • Zarządzanie projektami uruchamiania i wznawiania (rozwój i wprowadzanie na rynek)
  • Tworzenie karty projektu i harmonogramu w koordynacji z zaangażowanymi interfejsami Kontrolowanie projektu
  • Planowanie sprintów
  • Koordynowanie wszystkich etapów procesu i kamieni milowych, a także śledzenie i proszenie o niezbędny wkład indywidualny
  • Dokumentacja projektu i regularne raportowanie statusu projektu.
  • Komunikacja i koordynacja z zewnętrznymi dostawcami usług dla projektów
  • Potrafisz organizować i moderować warsztaty i spotkania zarówno osobiście, jak i zdalnie.
  • Prowadzenie spotkań etapowych w celu zarządzania wykonalnością, uruchomieniem i cyklem życia projektu z wielofunkcyjnym zespołem kierowniczym Identyfikowanie ryzyka i planów łagodzenia skutków w celu uniknięcia opóźnień w uruchomieniu i prowadzenie odpowiedniego procesu eskalacji.
  • Dodatkowo:
  • Wspieranie fazy rolloutu po wprowadzeniu produktu na rynek (zmiany opakowań i receptur)
  • Dalszy rozwój procesu wprowadzania produktu na rynek
  • Zarządzanie i współpraca z bezpośrednim zespołem i współpracownikami

Nasze wymagania

  • CV powinno być sporządzone w języku angielskim
  • Wymagany tytuł licencjata w dziedzinie administracji biznesowej lub pokrewnej
  • Masz talent organizacyjny oraz systematyczny i zorientowany na cel styl pracy
  • Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne i dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Silne umiejętności zarządzania projektami, w tym opracowywanie osi czasu w smartsheet, MS Project lub podobnym oprogramowaniu oraz sekwencjonowanie zadań między projektami.
  • Nastawienie na upraszczanie i usprawnianie procesów z doświadczeniem w usprawnianiu zbyt złożonych procesów.
  • Jesteś silnym komunikatorem i graczem zespołowym oraz potrafisz jasno rozwiązywać przeszkody i wskazywać możliwe rozwiązania nawet w trudnych sytuacjach.
  • Charakteryzujesz się niezależnym i odpowiedzialnym sposobem pracy oraz przywiązujesz dużą wagę do dokładności.
  • Doświadczenie w branży rolniczej lub petfood
