CodiLime Sp. z o.o., a software and network engineering industry expert, is seeking a skilled IT Content Project Coordinator to join their project team.

Job Description

You will be part of the project team working with our client to create and promote content across the organization. The content will be based on projects the client undertakes and the solutions they develop.

As an IT Content Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include managing and strategizing content on our internal platform to serve as a knowledge hub. You will create content for the platform in various forms, such as success stories, tool and service descriptions, infographics, and videos.

Promoting content across the organization by creating internal newsletters, hosting webinars, and other activities is also crucial. Additionally, you will measure content performance and usage by stakeholders, draw actionable conclusions, and implement necessary changes.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams to gather information and promotional needs, transforming them into an actionable editorial calendar. Supporting technical writers in their daily tasks is also an essential aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an IT Content Project Coordinator, you should ideally have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a content writer, preferably in the IT industry.
  • 3+ years of experience as a content manager with proven project management skills.
  • Expertise in creating content marketing strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Proficiency in English at a C-level, bilingual, or native proficiency.

Beyond these criteria, having experience managing processes and teams, knowledge of technical writing, and a background in internal marketing would be beneficial.
