The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Romanian market, including cultural preferences, trends, and competitor analysis. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and influencers, as well as developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and influencers to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire new clients and expand the influencer portfolio.
- Coordinating and optimizing campaigns to ensure timely execution and budget optimization.
- Enhancing processes to increase revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Fleunt Romanian speaker (native level).
- Strong command of the English language.

- Minimum 2 years of office work experience.
