Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary calculations for employees in the DACH region, adhering to local regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to maintain payroll accuracy and address inquiries.
  • Manage employee data, update payroll systems, and ensure all changes are properly documented.
  • Assist with payroll reporting, tax filings, and audits.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support payroll system implementations.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English (B2).
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll, supporting German-speaking countries.
  • Knowledge of German payroll regulations and relevant labor laws.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll software will be an advantage.
