About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Research Team in Adform. As a key member of our international Agile team, you will be responsible for developing advanced algorithms, machine learning models, and statistical techniques to optimize campaign strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement predictive models to identify meaningful ad opportunities and optimize ad serving
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using Hadoop and Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production-level software
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing products, support customers in analyzing algorithm decisions, and look for new improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar senior position
  • Masters or PhD in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related
  • Excellent mathematical and statistical skills, with a strong background in statistical inference
  • Very good knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure large business problems into tractable components
  • Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, git, and docker, with at least basic coding skills in one of the following languages: C#, Java, C, C++, or Scala
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Hadoop
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech industry solutions
  • Knowledge of web technologies
