About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our IT and Data team, you will be responsible for owning and transforming complex SAP processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our finance functions.

As a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP processes, you will work closely with our global process owners, super users, and solution architects to ensure seamless deployments and compliance with globally defined policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring financial and operational controls are in place and embedded in the process
  • Reviewing, challenging, and escalating changes for approvals as required
  • Participating in governance meetings and driving change management activities
  • Providing process expertise to project teams and knowledge transfer into markets
  • Acting as a point of escalation for process-related change requests from deployment teams

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in SAP End-to-End Controlling processes, including R2R and P2P. If you have a proven track record of engaging and managing stakeholders, and a positive can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.
