About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and experienced SAP Business Process Owner to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our IT and Data team, you will play a crucial role in transforming our SAP processes to drive efficiency and excellence across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to identify site variances and align them with our global template operating model.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory controls within all processes.
  • Document processes and maintain key design principles.
  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Lead governance meetings and attend change control meetings to manage process variations.
  • Drive business readiness and adoption of new processes.
  • Provide expertise to project teams for production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with our global operating model.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope.
  • Previous experience in a Business Process Owner role is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End to End Manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP (User Level) and experience of working with SAP related modules (PP /MM) is an advantage.
