Your Tasks
As an Administrative Coordinator for European Sales Teams, you will provide administrative support to our sales teams in European countries, focusing on Belgium, Holland, and Luxembourg.
You will be responsible for generating and sending sales quotations, following up on sent quotes or product samples, and supporting sales teams in providing information regarding QIAGEN products.
You will also respond to customer inquiries, clarify queries with other teams, and create customer-specific price lists and sales reports.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have a university education with a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and knowledge of French and Dutch.
You will also have a good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, and preferably experience with Salesforce Lightning and SAP.
