Are you looking for a challenging role that combines customer service, logistics, and supply chain management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Biochemicals Customer Care team at UPM.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service to our international customers. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Team in deal-making activities, initiating and controlling customer master data creation, and providing customer service in commercial-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Team in deal-making activities and provide samples to customers
  • Initiate and control customer master data creation and onboard new customers
  • Provide customer service in commercial-related tasks, including order management, invoicing, and international delivery monitoring
  • Monitor customer stocks, support forecast process, and handle sample and trial requests
  • Keep control of consignment stocks according to contracts in place
  • Provide reports, certificates, and statements based on customer requests
  • Participate in the creation and update of guidelines, work instructions, and knowledge articles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Experience in Order to Cash process and support of international customers using SAP ERP and Salesforce
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask, lead yourself, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Digitally savvy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team worker, listener, and relationship manager
