Job Title: Customer Service Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:

3M is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in Complaints/Disputes, Returns/Credits, and Credit & Collections Management and Resolution. Your primary goal will be to secure efficient AR collection for 3M and ensure we meet customer expectations and requirements in Complaint management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service in Complaints/Disputes, Returns/Credits, and Credit & Collections Management and Resolution.
  • Interact directly with external customers, Quality Teams, and partner with internal 3M clients and cross-functional team members to drive results.
  • Turn data into useful and actionable information that resolves customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Secure efficient AR collection for 3M and ensure we meet customer expectations and requirements in Complaint management activities.
  • Work independently to meet targets and objectives set by 3M management.
  • Partner with customers and internal clients such as the quality teams to resolve delinquent and disputed accounts.
  • Use SAP & Salesforce systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Develop solutions for moderately complex issues and demonstrate skills and knowledge in financial statements analysis, negotiation, and credit and financial counsel principles.
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow designed process descriptions in SAP and Salesforce on daily work tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 1-year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service or marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience with Excel skills including familiarity with conditional formulas, vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally using local languages TBD.
