Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Incoming Orders: Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Order Accuracy and Speed: Contribute to maintaining high accuracy and speed goals in order handling, collaborating with the team to achieve excellence.
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Assist in managing and expanding EDI capabilities, streamlining the ordering process for customers.
  • Customer Service Collaboration: Regularly communicate with Domestic Customer Service teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Performance Targets: Meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals for order accuracy, EDI management, order delivery times, invoice accuracy, and customer complaint resolution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's or bachelor's degree is an asset.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Nice to Have: SAP or EDI experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
