Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Claims Specialist Senior Process Associate to join our team. As a Service Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and following customer service claims in line with a standardized, high-performing servicing process. You will build a strong relationship with internal claim management stakeholders and ensure that customer expectations are managed and satisfaction levels are kept high.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customers' service claims registered by local Customer Care teams.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are managed, and satisfaction levels are kept high.
  • Spot and actively report unusual events captured during customer claims handling.
  • Ensure all service claims are managed and followed up in the systems.
  • Ensure all documents/reports are forwarded to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed upon supervisor's request.
  • Work in line with defined Service Level Agreements and accurately use systems.
  • Work efficiently to reach department objectives.
  • May perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Degree-level education (last-year students are also welcome).
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a detail-oriented way and to seek improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Customer Facing environment and administration is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SFDC, BDBEN4, and/or SAP would be a plus.
