Position Description

  • Lead a multilingual Customer Care team, providing exceptional support to our customers.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop personnel to ensure the success of our team.
  • Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the creation and support of sales orders from customers, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Improve customer service experience, creating engaged customers through proactive support.
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities, ensuring efficient team performance.
  • Maintain close contact with our other locations in EMEA to provide best-in-class Customer support.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
  • Fluent German and English essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support function.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant people management experience.
  • Computer literacy is a must-have.
  • Experience in ERP-systems such as SAP.
