Position Description
- Lead a multilingual Customer Care team, providing exceptional support to our customers.
- Recruit, coach, and develop personnel to ensure the success of our team.
- Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards to drive customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the creation and support of sales orders from customers, ensuring seamless execution.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to inform business decisions.
- Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Improve customer service experience, creating engaged customers through proactive support.
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities, ensuring efficient team performance.
- Maintain close contact with our other locations in EMEA to provide best-in-class Customer support.
Requirements
- Graduate with a Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
- Fluent German and English essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support function.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant people management experience.
- Computer literacy is a must-have.
- Experience in ERP-systems such as SAP.
