Job Title: Regional CSO Manager

Job Summary:

3M is seeking a highly skilled Regional CSO Manager to lead our customer service operations in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
