Breakdown Resolution Specialist - Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Breakdown Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support during breakdown situations.

This is a hybrid role with an onsite component in Ghent, Belgium, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a multicultural team. As a Breakdown Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary liaison between customers, drivers, and dealers to resolve breakdown issues efficiently.
  • Managing breakdown cases across Europe, communicating fluently in the customer's native language and navigating designated systems for essential information.
  • Prioritizing customer needs and adhering to established breakdown processes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Fostering a positive, proactive attitude and continually striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
  • Maintaining flexibility to work within a rotational shift system.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A customer-centric mindset with a positive outlook and strong communication abilities.
  • Motivation to excel and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • One of the following language combinations: Highly proficient in English with at least two of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, German, or Highly proficient in English with the knowledge of French, German, and Dutch.
