Job Title: HR Service Delivery WFA Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Service Delivery WFA Coordinator to join our team at 3M. As an HR Service Delivery WFA Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting all EMEA countries in terms of HR processes from a system and administrative perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards, and country-specific requirements, existing policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data updates in all HR systems.
  • Provide active support for employees, managers, and HR departments in personnel administration processes.
  • Conduct transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality, according to agreed SLAs.
  • Provide answers and solutions to all incoming queries from all EMEA employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in HR area.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday, Salesforce.
  • Good English skills (min. B2).
  • Must be able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data, protection of workforce data in the roles.
