Full Life Cycle Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Job Mobz. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from candidate identification to hire. If you are a results-driven recruiter with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify top talent through various channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews, and gather feedback.
  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring timely communication and updates.
  • Develop and implement customized recruitment strategies to meet client goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in full cycle recruiting capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for distribution and customer service roles.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with a strong understanding of the Polish job market.
  • Able to work effectively in an office environment, collaborating with colleagues.
