At Alstom, we're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our transportation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and executing tasks defined in the project plan, ensuring the implementation of process documentation, and achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the project structure, schedule, and its update, including product adaptation, application, and commissioning of the work.
  • Project management per the approved Project Plan, Quality Plan, concluded contract, and agreed detailed project schedule.
  • Notification of completion of work and readiness for acceptance and collection of all documentation necessary for handover of the project to the Service.
  • Archiving and reporting non-conformities during project execution or informing the Safety Coordinator of them.
  • Leadership of a multi-site/multi-metier project team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience or understanding of managing complex projects within the railway industry or similar sectors.
  • Familiarity with contract management, both domestically and internationally.
  • Basic understanding of legal aspects relevant to project management.
