About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Network Planning Manager to join our team at Danone's Planning Center in Katowice. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for owning and managing the tactical planning process, including supply network optimization.

You will support innovation and demand risks and opportunities qualification in the GPS cycle through scenario planning, while owning the E2E planning process across the full horizon and for all material types and rough-cut capacity planning.

In this role, you will create the supply plan for the central supply chain, preempting issues and deciding on trade-offs in advance. You will collaborate with executive planners, production teams, and scheduling planners to ensure coordinated execution and communicate decisions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing the tactical planning process including supply network optimization
  • Supporting innovation and demand risks and opportunities qualification in the GPS cycle through scenario planning
  • Owning the E2E planning process across the full horizon and for all material types and rough-cut capacity planning
  • Creating the supply plan for the central supply chain preempting issues and deciding on trade-offs in advance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 4 years in Supply Chain Management or a related role, preferably within the FMCG company
  • Experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
  • Relevant higher education degree
  • Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to drive short-term decisions and arbitration while maintaining a strategic vision
  • Proven ability to make effective decisions under pressure in a dynamic production environment
  • Quick grasp of financial impacts to drive informed decision-making
