Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative for Luxury Automotive Brands to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding our products or services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, chat, and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze technical problems using analysis tools and provide possible solutions, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, supporting customers in using our digital services at different touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated on our latest offerings, policies, and services.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or in the field of digital products and services.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Polish.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with luxury brands and high-end customer relationships, particularly in the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
