Automotive Industry Customer Support Specialist

The Automotive Industry Customer Support Specialist position is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive sector. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding our products or services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Analyze technical problems using analysis tools and provide possible solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience, staying updated on our latest offerings, policies, and services.
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Support customers in using our digital services at different touchpoints (e.g., on mobile phone, in the vehicle, or via the websites).
Our Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or in the field of digital products and services.
- Technically experienced with a high affinity for IT and technical analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Polish.
- Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
