Customer Experience Specialist in Automotive Industry

At Volkswagen Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist in Automotive Industry to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth. To succeed in this role, you will need to stay updated on Volkswagen Group's latest offerings, policies, and services, and be able to communicate this information accurately and efficiently to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group values.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on Volkswagen Group's latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction, building strong relationships and trust.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Slovenian.
- Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
- The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers, resolving complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset, driving results.
