Role Overview

The Customer Service Specialist in the Automotive Industry with Finnish role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve shared goals.
  • Stay updated on our latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Finnish.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
  • The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
