About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Greek.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
