A Quality Assurance Specialist at Reality Games is responsible for ensuring that our games meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance. This involves excellent knowledge of testing strategies and the ability to choose the right approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures that ensure the delivery of high-quality products.Interpret and comply with industry-recognized quality assurance standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.Ensure that quality assurance standards are adequate and effective in meeting business objectives.Create guidelines for sampling and reporting quality data to inform business decisions.Oversee the implementation and efficiency of inspection and quality systems to minimize defects and errors.Plan, perform, and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure quality deliverables.Communicate the QA vision and strategy to stakeholders and ensure its effective implementation.Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on customers.Conduct thorough product testing and audits to identify areas for improvement.Document test results and corrections to maintain a record of quality processes.Evaluate production operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Built and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with task management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in bug tracking and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of database tools such as MySQL.
  • Familiarity with HTTP API usage and performance testing.
  • Analytical mindset and risk management skills.
  • General knowledge of game development principles.
