About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR Manager to join our team in Budapest. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, employee communication, job termination, and exit interviews.
  • Regularly communicate with office employees and managers to monitor team dynamics and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, educational programs, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain the company's HR brand and corporate culture.
  • Plan and organize events, including purchasing, contractor search, and payment control.
  • Ensure document flow, including receiving and processing correspondence, and performing tasks as needed.
  • Assist with merchandising, including order collection, shipment control, and budgeting.
  • Plan and manage monthly and quarterly budgets, cash accounting, and reporting.
  • Manage office supplies and provide maintenance support.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in human resource management or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Multitasking and skills in processing large amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Active approach to life and excellent sense of humor.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and Pre-Intermediate level of Hungarian.

Desired Skills

  • IT work experience.
  • Experience as an HR Manager or Office Manager, or in a similar position for at least six months.
  • Pre-Intermediate level of Hungarian.
