Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor with expertise in Nordic languages to join our team in Warsaw. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer exceptional customer support for a prominent streaming company.
  • Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical matters.
  • Provide assistance to both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
  • Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of administration and technology.
  • Danish: Ability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday, 9:00-19:00, weekends, 10:00-16:00).
  • Finnish: Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:00-18:00).
  • Norwegian/Swedish: Ability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:00-20:00, weekends, 10:00-20:00).
