Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join our Pre-Sales team at TN Poland.

As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance for software pre-sale and post-sale activities, collaborating with account teams to identify opportunities and articulate business and technical value.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  1. Product Knowledge: You will have in-depth knowledge of SAS products and solutions, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  2. Sales Support: You will work closely with sales staff to outline available products and leverage sales opportunities, supporting tender processes within Customer Advisory responsibilities.
  3. Presentation Skills: You will deliver standard, customized, and strategic presentations highlighting proposed software functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits.
  4. Tech Workshops: You will lead or participate in business and/or technical workshops, POCs, or MVPs, applying your knowledge of industry or industry segment processes and challenges.
  5. Discovery Meetings: You will conduct discovery meetings to collect, clarify, and document technical and business requirements during the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • You will have 5 years of experience in technical sales, technical support, information systems, or a related area of expertise.
  • You will hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or other quantitative field related to area of assignment.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to relate technical concepts to SAS applications and user needs.
  • You will fluently speak Polish and English, with ability to travel as required by business needs.
