Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our Global Strategy & Transformation team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to assign tasks, ensure effective communication, and monitor project progress.
  • Manage project expenditures, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Establish and implement project timelines, ensuring turning points are met within specified deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on successful project delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse partners.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making and exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Tech-savvy with project management tools and software for efficient planning and monitoring.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Project Management certification as Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma will be a plus).
