Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
  1. Acting as a point of contact/liaison with clients, third parties, peers and direct reports,
  2. Proactively managing email and diary,
  3. Preparing and coordinating internal/external meetings including all catering, equipment and logistical requirements,
  4. Planning and organising travels,
  5. Submitting of company expenses,
  6. Drafting emails and communications as requested,
  7. Attending senior level meetings to coordinate agenda, materials, and take notes,
  8. Any ad hoc duties, requests and initiatives to ensure the proper workflow.
What The Day Will Look Like

You will be working closely with Business Leaders across locations and Solution Lines, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless operations.
