The Business Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our business units and driving efficient support services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in administrative processes and enjoys working in dynamic and structured environments.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative tasks and activities for the ABB HUB population.
  • Manage procurement and inventory for IT and non-IT equipment within internal systems.
  • Oversee mobile device management processes, including telephony services and invoice reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and manage access control and CCTV systems, including the maintenance of access control cards.

This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis and data management, with the ability to quickly develop or enhance the following skills:

  • Report preparation: Preparing and developing reports, presentations, and business analyses based on team needs and specific requirements.
  • Power BI expertise: Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze data effectively.
  • SharePoint and Power Apps administration: Developing and managing the internal SharePoint platform, including SharePoint lists and associated Power Apps, with a focus on Power Automate.
About You
  • You are highly skilled in administrative processes and enjoy working in dynamic and structured environments.
  • You have 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Specialist, demonstrating advanced skills in organizational management, communication, and effective prioritization of tasks.
  • You possess proficiency in both Polish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in writing and speaking.
  • You are highly adept at utilizing Excel and preferably have experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
