Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT contract and vendor portfolio, including renegotiating contracts, assisting with change management, conducting renewals, and managing disputes.
  • Negotiation and Collaboration: You will participate in larger IT implementation projects and develop mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers. Close collaboration with stakeholders in IT is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Commercial Expertise: You have a cross-disciplinary background based on a master's degree in economics or law or equivalent experience. A broad and in-depth understanding of corporate IT is required.
  • Contract Management Experience: You have proven experience managing IT contracts, ranging from standard software to complex tailored IT solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills: You have a proven track record for creating value through contract management activities by identifying and utilizing commercial or technical levers. Leading negotiations with suppliers requires taking responsibility for planning and executing the negotiation process.
  • Analytical Skills: A keen interest and ability to understand commercial pricing models in IT contracts, analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and develop business cases to optimize software license usage is necessary.
