MISSION

Collaborate in the optimization of the production efficiency by performing tasks related to the correction, modification, reparation or adjustment of the injection moulds, ensuring high-quality results.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Check, clean and repair the moulds in postproduction according to maintenance plans.
  • Contribute to the definition of actions to solve breakdowns.
  • Collaborate in the improvement process with supervisors.
  • Report to the Moulding Manager on activities and new deficiencies detected in moulds, dies, tooling, etc.
  • Adhere to Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices and comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with related training.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background:

Professional Training

Languages: Fluent in local languages & Basic Knowledge in English Experience: 2 years in a similar position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Academic background:

University degree

Additional training:

Mechanics, basic electricity, lathe, milling machine and solder.

Basic training in health and safety, and environmental management
