Moulding Maintenance Technician

MISSION

Our team at FICOSA is seeking a highly skilled Moulding Maintenance Technician to optimize production efficiency by performing tasks related to mould correction, modification, repair, and adjustment.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Collaborate in the optimization of the production efficiency by carrying out tasks of correction, modification, reparation or adjustment of the injection moulds.
• Check, clean and repair the moulds in post-production according to a maintenance plan.
• Collaborate in the definition of breakdown solving actions.
• Cooperate in the improvement process in collaboration with the Supervisors.
• Report to the Moulding Manager about the activity, as well as about new deficiencies detected in the moulds, dies, tooling, etc.
• Observe FICOSA's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Professional Training

Fluent in local languages & Basic Knowledge in EnglishExperience:

2 years in a similar position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

University degree

Mechanics, basic electricity, lathe, milling machine and solder.

Basic training in health and safety, and environmental management
