About Global Business Systems Coordination

Brown Brothers Harriman is a world-class financial institution that understands the importance of global business systems coordination. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global Business Systems Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing and implementation, as well as participating in the training and support during roll-out of new products and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing and implementation
  • Participate in the training and support during roll-out of new products and enhancements
  • Assist in developing business requirements associated with expanded services or requirements for the accounting applications globally
  • Ensure system specifications meet the defined requirements set and priorities
  • Assist in developing and implementing project plans and in creating documentation related to unit and user testing, user implementation, and ongoing support

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years Fund Accounting experience preferred
  • 0 to 2 years prior business analyst experience preferred
  • 3 to 5 years related experience in the financial services industry
  • Prior exposure to financial service systems projects and support
  • Working knowledge of BBH OMEGA/STAR
  • Understanding of custody and fund accounting operations; knowledge of fund administration applications is a plus
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for understanding global business considerations when implementing new business systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel and/or Access
  • Ability to work with business users and systems personnel in a team environment
