About the Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance team.

This role will manage The Rundown AI, Inc.'s global accounts payable processes across the US and Europe and lead and guide a growing team.

  • Manage the company's global accounts payable process (US and Europe-based), ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and reviewing and auditing vendors' data and signed documents.
  • Manage and oversee AP team members and their performance, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
  • Effectively manage our travel and expense policies and processes.
  • Review expense coding for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track accounts payable performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Closely collaborate with various stakeholders within Finance and the company to identify problems and process gaps and propose reasonable and creative solutions to improve processes, including opportunities for automating manual processes.
  • Support the month-end close accrual and accounts payable reconciliation process, preparing the necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or equivalent and substantial knowledge of IFRS (US GAAP is a plus).
