Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical support, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with international market-focused projects.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technical Support: Providing high-quality technical support to clients, including issue resolution, problem-solving, and documentation of client interactions.
  • Revenue Growth Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through strategic solutions and proposals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in analysis, issue resolution, problem-solving, and detail-oriented work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a business-friendly manner.
  • Experience working with APIs and supporting real-time communications.
  • Required on-call support for issues, with a rotating schedule.
  • Working hours coincide with US hours, starting at 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (CET).
