Technical Support Specialist (German Speaker) In Poland - Warsaw

We are looking for new colleagues to join our fast-growing Simon-Kucher Engine team as Technical Support Specialist (German Speaker). How you will create an impact:
  1. Provide 2nd level support, diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring that our customers can work smoothly with our applications.
  2. Support our pricing and loyalty applications, working with a diverse customer base ranging from large enterprises to medium-sized businesses, and collaborating with both business and technical users.
  3. Respond to customer support requests or inquiries.
  4. Communicate with customers throughout the resolution process.
  5. Document and track support cases, including root cause and resolution.
  6. Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
  8. Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  9. Mentor junior support specialists and provide guidance on best practices.
Your profile:
  1. Fluent in German and English.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in SaaS application support; OR 4+ years of relevant experience in SaaS application support if no formal degree.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills: Analytical thinking, structured way of working, independent and ability to solve complex problems.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  5. Understanding of core concepts in data engineering and data interfaces.
  6. Experience in working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.
  7. Can maintain an overview when prioritizing and managing multiple tickets, even in stressful situations.
  8. Personal responsibility and a team-oriented way of working.
