Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for communicating with players, providing technical advice, and ensuring that player needs are reflected in game updates.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to player inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, QA, design, programming, PR, legal, and marketing.
  • Research and obtain solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Uphold CD PROJEKT RED's values and promote a positive gaming experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in roles involving direct interaction with customers or providing people-facing services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including writing and verbal communication.
  • Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and software.
