Job Overview

In this pivotal role at TN Poland, you will play a critical part in shaping the firm's capital management framework. As a Treasury Capital Management Associate, your primary focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance with capital requirements while maintaining a robust approach to capital levels, distributions/buy-backs, stress testing, and internal capital allocation.

About the Role

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Risk, Business, and Finance functions globally to ensure a cohesive approach to capital management. Key responsibilities include:

  • RWA Production and Analysis
    • Deliver high-quality Retail Credit Risk RWA-related deliverables, including trend analysis, forecast-to-actual results variances, and stakeholder insights.
    • Maintain up-to-date Procedure documents for the production process and Implementation guidance documents detailing data and associated rule implementation for RWA calculation and reporting.
  • Quantitative Impact Studies (QIS)
    • Conduct thorough QIS for regulatory agencies, understanding upcoming Retail domain rules and regulations, identifying data gaps, drafting resolution plans, and creating implementation processes for reporting.
  • Compliance and Data Quality
    • Evaluate and address Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and audit requirements, providing necessary datasets and documents for review.
    • Partner with risk management, lines of business, and technology teams to identify and remediate data quality issues, tracking and managing issues through to resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or CFA charter holder.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, make decisions, and be organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-continent teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on controls; superior attention to detail and process orientation.
