Leading Financial Analyst for Business Growth

Rex Concepts, the master franchisor of Burger King and Popeyes in Czech Republic, Poland, and Romania, is a rapidly expanding company with a vision to become a leader in the QSR industry.

As part of our Planning & Analysis team, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial systems and tools to facilitate reporting, planning, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
  • Analyze monthly P&L, CF, and other reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions;
  • Investigate variances and provide recommendations to address potential issues, ensuring effective internal controls and processes;
  • Prepare and review financial planning documents, including forecasts and budgets, to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Support month-end close processes and ensure financial reporting accuracy and completeness;
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance financial efficiency;
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate and analyze financial results;
  • Contribute to the development and execution of global financial strategies;
  • Evaluate potential investments and business initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in FP&A;
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress is a plus;
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry;
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools;
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • High energy, can-do attitude, self-motivated, problem-solving and results-oriented;
  • Desire to take ownership of tasks and prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines;
  • Good level of business English essential (part of an international team).
