Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Team Coordinator to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering Master Data processes, managing micro-projects, and coordinating the activities of a small Master Data Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Master Data processes, including Customer, Material, and Pricing data objects.
  • Manage micro-projects in the areas of Master Data, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Act as a point of contact between the business unit and the Digital Business Services department, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate the activities of a small Master Data Team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Address issues and obstacles faced by team members, providing solutions and resources to ensure their success.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage the backlog, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Distribute tasks evenly among team members, ensuring a balanced workload and high productivity.
  • Work with the Team Manager to reorganize the team as needed, ensuring the effectiveness of work and support for critical tasks in case of absences.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Master Data, with a focus on Customer, Material, and Pricing data objects.
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in coordinating Master Data projects and micro-projects, mass data changes, and data cleanups.
  • SAP experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Proven track record of increasing efficiency in your own or team work.
  • Process automation experience (VBA, Python, UiPath) is an asset.
  • Sense of ownership and responsibility, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, with a focus on team coordination and collaboration.
