Master Data Specialist

At IKEA Purchasing Services Poland, we are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing master data management practices in our SAP S/4 HANA ERP program.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead one Master Data Domain like Business Partner or Material Master for the Order and Finance Platform (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program)
- Develop and implement master data governance processes and solutions
- Collaborate with peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer
- Build and lead a community on a given master data domain, bringing expertise on data management practices, data modeling, and supply chain business processes
- Contribute to building and delivering a vision, principles, and guidelines for IKEA Supply's master data domain
- Embed master data domain practices in the Order and Finance Platform in IKEA Supply, working proactively with product/applications teams
- Active member of the Inter IKEA Master Data Management area of expertise, fostering a culture of support, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Strong contributor able to inspire and mobilize people towards clearly set objectives
- Visionary, pragmatic, and adaptable specialist with strong willpower
- Curious and able to build relationships to establish strong trust between the information management community and its stakeholders
- Passionate about creating value from data and information management
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Master Data Governance, IT, and digital organizations, strategies, and working methods
- Solid experience and track record in information management, master data management, or data domain management
- Hands-on experience in managing data and information in Franchisor and/or global Application landscapes in supply chain environments
