About the Role
We're seeking an Senior Backend Software Developer to join our team of highly skilled professionals. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Python and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and define technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code, ensuring it meets our standards for performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical decisions.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in computer science and software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing complex software systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, including its ecosystem, frameworks, and libraries.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or GCP, and containerization using Docker.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for writing clean, well-structured code.
