We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at McBride. As a key member of our Strategic Site Leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and driving the McBride Divisional Lean Conversion Program and its deployment at the Strzelce Site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Operational Excellence Strategy for the Site, aligning with the Group Vision and Framework.
  • Design and standardize Site Strategy Review Process, Project Management Process, and Daily Performance Management Process.
  • Ensure key elements of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People are embedded in Lean processes and tools.
  • Train and educate colleagues on Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, 5S, TPM, SMED, and TIMWOOD.
  • Facilitate Value Stream Analysis, Problem Solving, and Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Standardize Improvements and Process Confirmation Standards.
  • Share Best Practice initiatives across the site and division.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Continuous Improvement role in a FMCG, multi-shift production environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Lean Concepts, Problem Solving, 5S, SMED, TPM, and TIMWOOD.
  • Proven track record of Lean application and deployment.
